This is by no means a comprehensive list, but it was created to have a name to refer to deceased characters and take note of who has died (namely from 1998 onwards). If you see anyone else who should be added let the us know

Victoria Parkinson- 1984
[Cedric] Cedrella Diggory- June 1995
[Sirius] Siria Black- June 1996
[Albus] Albina Dumbledore- June 1997
[Charity] Charlus Burbage- July 1997
Mad Eye Moody- July 1997
[Rufus] Rufia Scrimgeour- August 1997
Gregorvitch- September 1997
[Bathilda] Baldrik Bagshot- October 1997
[Ted] Teresa Tonks- February 1998
[Dirk] Derika Creswell- February 1998
[Gellert] Geltrude Grindelwald- April 1998
[Peter] Penelope Pettigrew- April 1998
[Kingsley] Queeny Shacklebott- July 1998 publically appealed against the Dark Lady’s and because of her public reputation she was assassinated.
[Rubeus] Rubina Hagrid- August 1998, during 1997 he fled into the mountains and was eventually caught and slaughtered by Death Eaters
[Olympe] Odysseus Maxime- August 1998 was with Hagrid when the Death Eaters and was also slaughtered
[Pomona] Polonius Sprout- June 1998 protested vocally about the Carrow’s punishment given to the DA students who re-emerged. He was tortured and with the damage he sustained he did lasted only a month in Azkaban after being sentenced in the trials.
